Job Description

We're Hiring: Operations Core Team Role

Remote | Full-Time

I am building a high-performance core operations team for an established immigration and career consulting firm. This is a critical execution role for professionals who value structured work, ownership, and long-term growth in a stable yet fast-growing industry.

Working hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Irish Time.

Why This Role & Industry:

Global migration is at an all-time high. Countries like Ireland have become key destinations for skilled professionals, students from Southeast Asia and other non-European regions.

This role sits at the heart of that ecosystem. You will work on real cases and regulated processes that require precision and accountability.

Role Overview:

You will be part of the core operations team, responsible for documentation-heavy workflows, client coordination, and case preparation across immigration and related services. Structured training materials and SOPs will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end documentation and case files
  • Coordinate with clients via business email and calls
  • Review, collate, organise, and validate documents
  • Maintain structured trackers and internal records
  • Follow SOPs and escalate complex cases appropriately
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and internal SLA adherence

Who This Role Is For:

  • 35 years of relevant experience (operations, documentation, compliance, consulting, client servicing, immigration, legal, or similar)
  • Strong business communication (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and process discipline
  • Comfortable working in a startup-style, high-ownership environment
  • Self-learner able to absorb structured training independently

Compensation & Growth:

Starting compensation begins at 50,000 per month. This is a baseline bracket, not a fixed cap. Final compensation is variable and negotiable based on relevant experience, role fit, and interview performance.

One full month's salary will be paid as a bonus upon completion of 12 months.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year commitment
  • Ability to work full-time during Irish business hours
  • Willingness to complete a mental ability test (minimum qualifying score required)
  • Participation in a structured 3-stage interview process

Application Process:

Please email the following to [Confidential Information]

  • A 3-minute Walking CV (video or audio link)
  • One-page resume
  • A short note (45 lines): Why you are a strong fit

Applications missing any of the above will not be considered.

Timeline

Applications are open for a limited period. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted immediately as this role requires you to start at your earliest availability.
