Core Responsibilities
Event Execution (Primary Responsibility)
- Own event timelines from pre-event to post-event closure
- Create and manage Zoom links (registration, webinar, recording, breakout rooms)
- Coordinate speakers, startups, and internal team
- Run live sessions
- Manage chat, Q&A, and session flow
- Upload recordings and circulate follow-ups
Executive & Operations Support
- Calendar management across US time zones
- Investor/startup email coordination
- CRM updates
- Track action items and deliverables
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 2–5 years experience in operations / VA / admin / events
- Has managed LIVE Zoom webinars independently
- Has supported senior executives or founders
- Is calm under pressure
- Has strong ownership of timelines
- Can work in US time
