About the Company

A global consumer brand is growing its India retail-operations support team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an Operations Coordinator for order, inventory, and vendor coordination. The role sits at the centre of daily operations across stores, warehouses, and online channels. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

This role keeps day-to-day retail and fulfilment operations running smoothly, coordinating between stores, warehouses, and vendors so that orders move without friction.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Inventory Coordination

• Coordinate order processing, inventory updates, and stock transfers across locations
• Liaise with warehouses and vendors to resolve stock, delivery, and quality issues
• Track fulfilment timelines and flag delays before they reach the customer

Documentation & Support

• Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and vendor correspondence
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for the wider team
• Provide administrative and coordination support across store and warehouse functions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 0 to 3 years in retail operations, e-commerce, or coordination roles; freshers are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable multitasking across orders, trackers, and vendor queries
• A customer-first attitude and a calm, methodical approach under pressure
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to retail, e-commerce, or consumer-goods operations
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and order-management tools
