Key Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in Administration, Coordination, or Field Services Support.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in coordinating field operations, service requests, scheduling, reporting, and administrative activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support global teams.
- Good organizational, documentation, and tracking skills.
- Comfortable working in US shift timings
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operational tracking, financial visibility, and process upkeep across the Field Services organization. This role is critical to keeping data accurate, workflows organized, and teams informed. Key Responsibilities
Client and Deal Administration
- Track active vs. inactive clients and maintain accurate client contact lists
- Monitor new deal setup progress to ensure all required steps are completed
- Track onboarding activity for new clients and internal team members
- Monitor Statements of Work (SOW) and flag upcoming expirations
Financial and Vendor Trackin
- gTrack Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure status is curren
- tMonitor invoicing activity and follow up on missing or delayed invoice
- sTrack Field Nation and Work Market costs against planned margin
- sCapture and document cost overruns, including reasons when costs exceed expectation
- sMonitor pre‑fund balances and platform wallet activit

Reporting and Dashboar
- dsMaintain and update financial and operational dashboards, primarily in Exc
