Who we are looking for
State Street's Global Markets division (SSGM) is looking for a candidate with 6 to 8 years of experience in Client Onboarding/KYC/Drafting Legal Agreements. Knowledge of OTC Derivatives, Prime Broker and Legal Agreements will be an added advantage.

The team that you will be joining is a part of SSGM's Client Service Solutions focused on servicing Sales and Trading clients. When owners and managers of institutional assets need research, trading, securities lending and innovative portfolio strategies, they turn to SSGM business unit. As our investment research and trading arm, SSGM's number one goal is to enhance and preserve our clients portfolio values by applying technology, optimizing trading, and linking asset classes and markets across the world.
What you will be responsible for
Perform both client facing and onboarding functions for Custody and Third-party accounts
Conduct independent research to gather and record data from external sources while onboarding the client
Liaise with Legal, Sales, IT, KYC and internal teams and external clientswhen the required documents/information are not available at the time of onboarding the accounts
Draft Legal agreements and get it executed by clients
Perform Legal Agreement Amendments and get it executed
Ensure all the clients are onboarded in a timely manner
Update relevant data and map accounts in State Street's in-house systems
Research and resolve client inquires and service-related requests
Identify unique counterparty structures and escalate for resolution
Respond to queries regarding the status of specific requests or new clients in a timely manner
Track and monitor potential onboarding issues and delays
Resolve and escalate issues proactively and in a timely manner
Help monitor KPIs to ensure a high level of service
Evaluate and enhance processes and procedures on an ongoing basis
Prepare process related SOPs/Job Aids and train team members on the process
Maintain and continuously develop knowledge around core products of business unit and key applications in use by the business unit
