Job Description

Process excellence skills (Lean/Six Sigma, process mapping, KPI/controls design, root-cause problem solving). Automation delivery skills (requirements/user stories, RPA/workflow concepts, SQL/data analysis, testing, monitoring/runbooks).

As an Operations Automation Associate within the Security Services Operations (SSO) Transformation Team, you promote process excellence and automation across global operations.

Job responsibilities:

. Partner with global stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements translate operational needs into technical specifications and solution designs for process automation, workflow optimization, and operational analytics.

. Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows in Alteryx for data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and controls, with a focus on performance, resiliency, and reusability.

. Contribute to and, when needed, independently manage end-to-end delivery of automation projects-planning, build, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and production support-using Agile practices and Jira for backlog, sprint, and release tracking.

. Collaborate with Intelligent Automation (IA) platforms (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx) to streamline manual processes, reduce risk, and enhance operational controls integrate automation solutions with upstream and downstream systems and data sources.

. Establish and maintain quality checks, exception handling, and monitoring proactively identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.

. Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, concise terms for non-technical audiences prepare user guides, runbooks, and release notes to support adoption and Business As Usual (BAU) handover.

. Uphold standards for documentation, code review, and change management contribute to reusable assets and best practices across the Transformation team.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

. 2+ years of hands-on Alteryx experience building robust, production-grade workflows for data preparation, transformation, and automation, including performance tuning and error handling.

. Working knowledge or development experience with UiPath for RPA development, orchestration, and integration with data workflows.

. Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently end-to-end (requirements through deployment), balancing multiple priorities and timelines with strong ownership and accountability.

. Experience working in Agile environments with Jira for user stories, sprint planning, tracking, and reporting disciplined approach to Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management in controlled environments.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail able to diagnose issues, reconcile results, and implement durable solutions.

. Effective written and verbal communication skills able to clearly convey technical designs, trade-offs, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

. Self-motivated with strong time management and initiative comfortable operating in a dynamic, global team with diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

. Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) workflows and other enterprise automation platforms is a plus.

. Basic/Intermediate level Python.

. Background in operations or financial services process transformation understanding of operational risk and control considerations in regulated environments.

. Knowledge of deployment for Alteryx and UiPath including environment promotion, version control, and release governance is a plus.
