Job Description

Help modernize Asset & Wealth Management Operations by building data-driven workflows that improve efficiency and controls. You'll partner with stakeholders across business and technology to identify automation opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys product delivery, analytics, and scalable solutions.

As a Workflow Product Delivery Lead within the Operations Workflow Adoption team, you drive end-to-end delivery of workflow and automation solutions and enable integration across tools. You build a sustainable book of work, prioritize opportunities, and apply advanced analytics to uncover high-value automation use cases. You strengthen a performance-management culture through reusable capabilities, training, and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities

  • Design and deliver workflows and automation solutions using Workflow Designer, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Drive workflow adoption by partnering with stakeholders to embed best practices in Operations.
  • Build and maintain a stakeholder-aligned book of work, including intake, prioritization, and delivery plans.
  • Review existing processes and propose automation and simplification opportunities.
  • Integrate workflows across tools using APIs and connectivity patterns where applicable.
  • Communicate project status, risks, gaps, roadblocks, and testing outcomes throughout the lifecycle.
  • Apply critical thinking and advanced analytics to solve complex, multi-faceted business problems.
  • Mine automation opportunities from datasets and sources (e.g., manual process inventories, BPM/BDM data, JIRA logs, manager inputs).
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations that support performance management and operational insights.
  • Contribute new ideas and perspectives that promote continuous learning and innovation.
  • Create reusable capabilities and train team members to scale adoption and standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in advanced analytics, large dataset analysis, and process automation delivery.
  • Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with Python for automation and data analysis.
  • Develop solutions using JavaScript and workflow/platform tooling as needed.
  • Implement API connectivity patterns to enable tool and workflow integration.
  • Influence decisions by building relationships and leveraging subject matter expertise across Business and Technology.
  • Produce executive-ready PowerPoint materials and strong data visualizations with proven delivery examples.
  • Adapt quickly by staying current on financial technologies and continuously upgrading skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Earn relevant certifications aligned to delivery and product execution (e.g., PMP).
  • Use Unqork or similar workflow platforms to build and orchestrate workflows.
  • Leverage Alteryx for data preparation, automation, and repeatable analytics pipelines.
  • Apply SQL to query, validate, and reconcile large datasets.
  • Demonstrate broader programming language understanding to support extensible solutions.
  • Explore AI/ML tools to accelerate automation discovery and enhance decisioning.
