We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our fast-growing team at ZOCA. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our operations, leveraging your skills in data management, workflows, and process improvement. Proficiency in Excel is required, and familiarity with SQL is a valuable bonus. Key Responsibilities
- Daily operations
- Onboard clients through AI powered workflows
- Use Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making.
- Streamline and optimize workflows for greater efficiency
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key operational metrics
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with product & customer success teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of operational tasks
- Provide support for process improvements and project management initiative
- Data Management and Automation:
- Assist in extracting, cleaning, and organizing data for better insights and decision-making
- Conduct audits and checks to maintain data accuracy
- Resolve discrepancies in data or processes proactively
Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
- Basic knowledge of SQL is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools or workflow management platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
