What You'll do

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of customer and internal processes.
• Work closely with sales, customer success, medical, and product teams.
• Track operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve issues proactively and drive process efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Support special projects and business initiatives as we scale.

What We're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational tools.
• A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
