Role Description:
- This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Operations Associate based in Bengaluru.
- You will be responsible for managing client orders, tracking the proggress and eficiency of our marketplace to deliver quality products in time.
- Managing purchase orders, evaluating and onboarding suppliers, and leading contract negotiations.
- The role also involves analyzing procurement data, ensuring cost and quality optimization, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve P&L objectives efficiently.
- Meeting Targets & KPIs: Responsible for targets such as the number of new partners onboarded, cost savings, quality metrics (revisions, errors), turnaround times, partner satisfaction, utilization rates, etc.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in operations//vendor management/order management/purchase efficiency (preferably in eCommerce, B2B businesses, or similar).
- Proficiency in Partner evaluation, cross category management & understanding of P&L
- Strong excel & Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess data for decision-making
