About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Operations Associate


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in variety of operational tasks for low to moderately complex processes or functions
  • Develop working knowledge of company policies and procedures and identify ways for efficiencies and improvements
  • Review basic issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low to medium risk tasks and deliverables
  • Perform batching, filing, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and taking phone messages
  • Maintain records, compile statistics, process employment applications, salary increases, and data entry
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate
  • Additional requirements.

Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, PivotTables, Lookup functions, dynamic formulas, dashboard creation, and the ability to independently analyze and visualize data.


Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work in night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
