About the Role
The Operations Associate will be responsible for executing daily operations, managing customer documentation, and resolving operational issues. This role involves generating reports, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely flow and SLA adherence. The position requires strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach to handle high-value payments.
Responsibilities
- Execute Operations SOPs including processing, invoicing, tracking, documentation and forex conversion operations with bank partners
- Generate and publish daily reports and track KPIs for banking partners and customer cohorts
- Manage and resolve operations tickets within defined SLAs with customer centricity
- Communicate with customers for documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with customer facing and compliance teams to manage escalations
- Coordinate with Bank partners, tech, compliance and product teams to resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- Candidate from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges are encouraged to apply.
- Experience 2-4 years.
