Operations Associate

Role : Associate, Logistics

Base Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing end to end Deliveries of Shipments.
• Coordinating with 3PL partners for performance adherence and daily escalations.
• Managing customer complaints for quick resolution with a customer oriented approach.
• Understand present processes, and identify areas of improvement to drive efficiency and reliability.
• Ability to think of Tech enabled solutions for day to day activities.
• Dashboarding and Reporting - Extracting and publishing daily reports on key deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date records of courier activities, generate reports on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators),and share insights with the central operations team.
• Day-to-day coordination with cross functional team to ensure time on deliverables.

Basic Qualications

• 0-2 years, experience in B2C logistics is preferred ( last mile ).
• Strong hand on Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (finding the right data cuts to drive business metrics and create impact)
• Experience in using Clickpost and Unicommerce is an added advantage
