About The Role

We are hiring Client Operations Interns who will work closely with our servicing team to handle real-time insurance operations and client requests.This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role ideal for candidates who want to learn how operations actually run in a startup.

What You'll Do

  • Process employee additions, deletions, and corrections (endorsements)
  • Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams
  • Track and close client requests within defined timelines (SLAs)
  • Maintain and update data in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Follow up on pending requests and resolve issues proactively
  • Support client servicing and escalation handling

  • Graduates only (college pass-outs) current students are NOT eligible
  • Who can join Immediately
  • Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience only
  • Comfortable working full-time from office
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to do execution-heavy work
  • Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Good communication skills

Stipend:15,000/month

This internship opportunity holds full time conversion
