We focus on learning outside classrooms by engaging children with educators and industry leaders in travel-based educational experiences. Our programs are designed to help children uncover their competences and interests while building deep connections and global relationships. We aim to create an ecosystem where children learn and evolve together through curriculum-mapped programs at global destinations.

About the Role:

This is a dual role, one of which involves designing new outdoor learning programs, and another involves coordinating an outdoor program. Some of the responsibilities include:

1. Preparing domestic & international destination itineraries comprising learning and adventures

2. Coming up with exciting activities and experiences at new locations (museums/parks/factories/adventure camps etc.) that are mapped to the curriculum or otherwise.

3. Working on business development through calls & visits to local prospective destinations (industries, establishments, startups, etc.) and planning learning modules

4. Managing inventory and bookings for upcoming outdoor experiences

5. Being a part of our outdoor experiences with children and managing the logistics.

6. Guiding the children around the location and planning the activities, with help of subject experts of the destination

7. Managing the operations of accommodation/travel provider and ensuring a positive experience.

You can take up a few or all of these responsibilities based on your preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to engage with local businesses, prospective destinations, and communicate effectively with children.
  • Experience or interest in educational program development, or travel planning is preferred.
  • Leadership skills to guide and manage outdoor experiences effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation to ensure a positive experience for participants.
  • Ability to address and resolve any issues that may arise during outdoor experiences.
  • Genuine passion for outdoor education and a commitment to providing enriching experiences for children.
