Unessa Foundation is looking for a highly driven Operations Associate to work closely with the Founder on high-impact initiatives across operations, fundraising, partnerships, and project execution. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, and taking ownership of meaningful social work.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Execution
- Drive day-to-day execution of Foundation initiatives
- Coordinate volunteer programs, NGO partnerships, and field activities
- Ensure smooth planning and follow-ups across projects
- Project Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of flagship programs (education, hunger relief, outreach)
- Track progress, timelines, and outcomes
- Create structured reports and impact documentation
- Fundraising & Partnerships
- Support fundraising campaigns, donor outreach, and sponsor engagement
- Build proposals, pitch decks, and grant documentation
- Identify CSR and institutional partnership opportunities
- Founder's Office Support
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic priorities
- Handle communications, meeting coordination, and action tracking
- Act as the execution backbone for new initiatives
- Community & Events
- Support planning of awareness drives, donation campaigns, and community events
- Coordinate with stakeholders for on-ground execution
