Operations Associate

What will you do at Fynd

• Process customer orders accurately through the platform/panel.
• Identify, address, and resolve order-related and operational issues promptly.
• Pick up orders from brand stores located within the mall premises.
• Ensure correct packaging and timely dispatch of products.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with the central Operations team.
• Troubleshoot application issues for internal and external users.
• Coordinate with ground staff to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are consistently met.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to streamline deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for performance tracking and insights.

Some Specific Requirements

• Excellent fluency in written and spoken English is essential
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines
• Ability to build external and internal relationships and partnerships
• Continually looks for efficiency gains, shares best practice and suggests process improvements
• Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers is essential
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to priorities
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Preferably 1 year and above experience in operations in retail, e-commerce or start-up
