Operations Associate
Location: Remote (India)
A global logistics leader is building its India despatch and tracking centre, and has partnered with Flexiple to fill this seat on the team. The centre runs on volume: shipments booked, exceptions flagged, vendor confirmations chased, and a dashboard that has to be right before the morning stand-up. This is where a lot of operations careers start, and it's built that way on purpose.
You'll spend your day inside the order-management and tracking systems - logging shipment data, updating statuses as vendors confirm pickups and deliveries, and flagging anything that looks off before it becomes an escalation. You'll follow up with transporters and warehouse partners on the phone and over email, keep trackers current for the ops manager, and learn the handful of recurring exceptions (a missed pickup window, a mismatched invoice, a delayed POD) well enough to spot them early. What we need: 0 to 3 years of work experience, comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets, methodical enough to not let small errors slide, and able to write a clear status update without prompting. Prior exposure to logistics, dispatch, or a similar high-volume back-office isn't required but helps you get up to speed faster.
