Operations Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

Principally part of the Operations function (60%), covering

· Onboarding of new customers on execution & reporting platforms, including physical KYC & submissions

· Transactions execution & auditing on a periodic basis, including highlighting and acting on exceptions

· Creating & maintaining online & offline repository of customer & process documentation

· Compliance on both regulatory and organizational standards, including at all points in time being ready and forward-looking

In addition, will also be part of key projects/tasks on Research/MIS/Technology/Other areas (40%)

· Reporting and MIS execution through planned campaigns

· Support research work on products/tech

· Driving automation and efficiency in existing processes

· Managing GST filing and brokerages reconciliation

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

· Timeliness and accuracy in customer actions

· Maintaining reliable documentation online and offline

· Ensuring compliance – both organizational and regulatory

· Customer experience through appropriate communication

· Successful execution of projects – Research/Tech/Automation
