Key Responsibilities

● Order Fulfillment: Manage end-to-end order processing including preparing, packing, and dispatching

● Logistics Management: Liaise with shipping/courier partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries

● Customer Support: Handle inbound customer queries, confirm COD orders, and resolve issues professionally

● Cataloging & Photography: Assist with product photography, catalog management, and online product listings

● Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly reports for sales, inventory, and operations using Excel/Google Sheets

Qualifications & Skills

● Recent Graduate in any discipline.

● 0-2 years of work experience. Freshers can also apply

● Basic knowledge of Excel and computer applications

● Strong communication skills; fluency in English is a must

● Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

● Ability to work physically from our store in Kalupur, Ahmedabad
