Job Title: Operations Associate – Education Manager (Remote)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Associate – Education Manager to manage student and parent relationships, coordinate with tutors, oversee daily operations, and ensure a smooth learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student and parent accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents and students.
- Handle feedback, escalations, and operational concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with tutors regarding scheduling, attendance, and student progress.
- Monitor class execution and academic performance.
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and enrollment opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and operational reports.
- Support onboarding of new students and tutors.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Preferred 3–4 years of experience in Sales and Operations.
- Prior experience in both Sales and Operations Management is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably Zoho CRM), Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently.
- Must be available for night shifts.
- Reliable high-speed internet and work setup required.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in education, ed-tech, customer success, or service operations is preferred.
