Responsibilities

• Sending collection communication to customers to motivate them to make payments
• Ensuring all communications are sent on time and without any error vis-a-vis wrong communications, wrong details, wrong timing etc.
• Creating customer profiles based on their payment history
• Updating customer payment data and communication data
• Creating Reports & Dashboards
• Solving queries of any customer regarding payments and escalations
• Maintaining customer payment repository

Experience required

• Graduate with 2-3 years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good Communication skills
• Advanced Excel Knowledge

Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

Working Days: 6 days working (Rotational Shift for weekends)
