This is a full-time, on-site Operations Associate role located in Jalandhar. The Operations Associate will oversee the daily activities of the cafe, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent customer experience. Core responsibilities include managing supplies, coordinating with staff, handling customer interactions, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. The role requires hands-on problem-solving and collaboration with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
