Hiring: Operations Associate | Attorney Tree

Location: Kochi (In Office)

Salary: ₹15,000/month (Performance-based revisions)

Attorney Tree is looking for an Operations Associate to support our growing vehicle compliance and conversion operations in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate documentation and operational workflows

* Handle follow-ups with stakeholders and departments

* Maintain trackers and process updates using Excel/Google Sheets

* Support compliance and process management activities

* Assist in day-to-day operational execution

Requirements:

* Ability to read, write, and speak Malayalam and English

* Basic proficiency in Excel

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Organised and detail-oriented approach

Good to Have:

* Experience in vehicle compliance / RTO-related work

* Additional language proficiency

* Degree or diploma (not mandatory)

Role Details:

* While this is an in-office role, Flexibility is assured 

* Occasional travel may be involved
