Role Description The Operations Assistant WFH Women Yoga role is a contract position with a hybrid work arrangement based in Indore, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home activities. This role supports daily operations such as scheduling personal and group yoga classes, coordinating with trainers, and managing participant inquiries and registrations. The Operations Assistant will help maintain class records, monitor attendance, and assist with basic administrative tasks like preparing reports and updating internal systems. The role may also involve coordinating online session logistics, supporting simple outreach or communication activities, and ensuring smooth delivery of programs aligned with the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including schedule coordination and record-keeping.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and online communication platforms for hybrid and remote work.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with trainers and participants.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Interest in yoga, wellness, or social impact initiatives; prior exposure to yoga or fitness environments is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Indore and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Relevant education or experience
