Summary:

As an Operations Architect, you will define the operations architecture, ensuring that it supports the business requirements and performance goals. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess operational needs, analyzing existing processes, and designing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the architecture aligns with strategic objectives. Your role will also include monitoring performance metrics and making adjustments as necessary to optimize operations, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in operations architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess operational needs and performance metrics.
  • Experience in designing and implementing operational frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
