Job Requirements
▪ Possess extensive hands-on expertise in designing, executing, and optimizing CBG projects using diverse feedstocks including Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), paddy straw, and press mud.
▪ Adept at improving process KPIs such as methane yield, OLR, HRT, and digester health through data-driven process control strategies.
▪ Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-plant portfolios, scaling operational frameworks, and mentoring cross-functional teams.
▪ Hands-on experience with anaerobic digestion, biogas upgradation, FOM handling, and carbon credit management.
