Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations and Sales Manager at FleetCharge's Hyderabad location. The Sales & Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of a fast-charging EV station and lead sales efforts targeting commercial fleet operators. This role combines operational management with business development to ensure efficient station performance and expanded customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in EV charging operations, logistics, operations or site management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with technology platforms and comfortable managing operational tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Local candidate with ability to commute within Hyderabad for client visits.
• Familiarity with the EV or transportation industry is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Expected Salary : Upto Rs 3,60,000 pa
