Job Summary
Memoir Home Innovations Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Operations & Quality Control Executive Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, enforce quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong process management capabilities, hands-on QC experience, and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Develop, implement, and upgrade Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with procurement, production, and supply chain for timely execution.
Streamline inventory systems to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.
Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to remove bottlenecks and enhance productivity.
Quality Control C Assurance
Define and enforce quality standards for raw materials, stitching, packaging, and finished goods.
Implement AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspection protocols.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Monitor key quality KPIs: defect rates, audit scores, customer complaints.
Perform internal audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.
Compliance C Documentation
Ensure adherence to ISO G001, ISO 14001, and relevant textile standards.
Maintain organized documentation: audits, inspections, CAPA logs.
Update and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS).
Team Leadership C Development
Lead and mentor the QC and operations teams.
Conduct training on SOPs, quality norms, and improvement tools.
Foster collaboration between QC, production, and supply chain units.
Customer Satisfaction C Continuous Improvement
Resolve customer complaints and implement preventive actions.
Develop structured feedback loops to improve product quality.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Qualifications s Skills
Bachelor's/Master's in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years experience in relevant manufacturing sectors.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
Proficiency in AQL, ISO standards, process optimization, and cost control.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with ERP systems, MS Office, and QC tools/software.
