Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Take full ownership of end-to-end project execution
- Conduct vendor research and coordinate for quotations
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates
- Ensure timely project execution with complete client satisfaction
- Assist in day-to-day AC AMC (Annual maintenance contract) operations
- Coordinate with service technicians and vendors for maintenance visits
- Track preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules
- Support customer communication regarding service updates and complaints
- Maintain service records, reports, and operational documentation
- Help in monitoring installation, repair, and servicing activities
- Follow up on pending service requests and ensure timely closure
