Job Title: Operations and Project Coordinator

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: INR 6 LPA- 10LPA (Depending on qualification & experience)

About:

Done Mortgage is a Toronto-based mortgage startup making homeownership simpler for Canadians. We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on Operations PM / Coordinator (Mid-Level) to help us scale our processes and keep key initiatives moving.

What you'll own:

▪ End-to-end project management across operations, product, and compliance

▪ Assign tasks, run follow-ups, and keep teams accountable

▪ Design KRAs & KPAs for the operations team and track performance

▪ Process mapping, SOP development, and workflow improvements

▪ Manage tools, marketing ops, and back-office operations

▪ Cross-functional stakeholder communication and reporting

What we're looking for:

▪ 3–6 years in ops, project management, or coordination (startup/fintech a plus)

▪ Proven track record across tools, marketing ops & back-office functions

▪ Experience building KRAs/KPAs and running performance tracking

▪ Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment

▪ High ownership, self-directed, gets things done
