Role Description

Technical Lead Pan India

 Services (O&M) handling Solar Plants 2 GW Solar Assets handling clusters.

Plant performance analysis and improvement plan

 Continuous plant-wise performance and generation gap analysis.

 Evaluation of periodic test reports on Modules, IDT, power transformers

substation equipment and preparing an action plan to address the issues.

 Evaluation of compliance reports: power quality, calibrations.

 Equipment's PPM schedule finalization, implementation, continuous tracking,

and on-site status audit.

 SOP/SMP preparation and periodic review based on OEM recommendations and

site conditions.

 Strategy development to minimize machine breakdown time and conduct RCA

for machine breakdown.

 Root cause analysis of machine breakdowns, and preparation and

implementation of necessary actions to avoid future failures.

 Critical spares finalization, maintaining critical spares at the site, and weekly

monitoring of spares stock.

 Training program for the site O&M team to understand the root cause of

machine breakdowns and troubleshooting.

 Coordination with the design and quality team to understand the frequent

equipment failures and the implementation of a rectification plan to resolve the

frequent breakdown issues.

 Vendor identification, evaluation, development, and finalization to avoid aftersales

B. Tech/ B.E Electrical and with 10-18+ Yrs Experience
