This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales and Marketing at AKP.HYMX Readymix Concrete in Bhubaneswar. The role involves overseeing sales and marketing strategies, managing a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for account management, sales planning, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Sales Management expertise
• Experience in Account Management and Team Management
• Proven track record in Sales and developing sales strategies
• Customer mapping and competition mapping
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in engineering and Masters in business administration or related field
• Experience in the Readymix concrete and Building material industry is a plus
• Should be target oriented and have entreprenuerial skills and thought process
