Operations and Maintenance Engineer -Solar

We are seeking an O&M Engineer to ensure smooth and efficient operation of solar power plants. The O&M Engineer will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring plant performance, and maximizing system uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems.

Monitor system performance using SCADA/remote monitoring tools.

Troubleshoot faults in inverters, modules, cabling, and other balance of system components.

Perform site inspections, testing, and performance analysis to optimize plant generation.

Maintain accurate service logs, MIS reports, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for spare parts and service support.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.

Provide on-site customer support and ensure high satisfaction levels.

We require only Surat-based candidates.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Min 2 years of relevant experience in Solar O&M (utility scale or rooftop projects).

Strong knowledge of solar inverters, modules, transformers, and SCADA systems.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to travel across multiple project sites.
