Operations and Design manager

We are seeking a full-time Operations and Design Manager to join our team. Based on-site in Bengaluru, this role involves managing project operations, overseeing design workflows, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring deadlines are met with the highest standards of quality. Additional responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and team assignments, as well as contributing to creative design decisions to align with client expectations.

• Operational management skills, including project planning, team coordination, and workflow management.
• Strong procurement and vendor management skills with attention to timelines and budgets.
• Experience in interior design, space planning, and creative conceptualization.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the interior design industry or a similar creative field will be an advantage.
