ROLE OVERVIEW

Own day-to-day operations and execution, ensuring priorities are translated into clear actions and outcomes.
Bring structure, speed, and accountability to a fast-moving startup environment.
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive execution, improve processes, and solve operational challenges.
Primarily an Operations role, with exposure to planning, product, and AI-led process improvement.

▌ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and streamline core operational processes and workflows.
Drive planning, tracking, follow-ups, and execution of key initiatives.
Build and improve SOPs, systems, checklists, and operating processes.
Identify bottlenecks and take ownership of problem-solving and resolution.
Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution and clear accountability.
Support leadership with planning, prioritization, and operational decision-making.
Work with the product team on product rollouts, user feedback, and operational requirements.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes using AI and technology.
Develop a strong understanding of the Indian education ecosystem and its operational nuances.

▌ IDEAL CANDIDATE

Highly execution-oriented with a strong bias for action.
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities, and startup environments.
Able to independently take a problem, structure it, execute a solution, and improve the process.
AI-native and uses AI tools extensively to improve productivity and execution.
Curious about education, technology, and building scalable systems.
Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Startup experience preferred, especially in an early-stage or high-growth company.

▌ KEY REQUIREMENTS

B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute.
1–4 years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, or a similar role.
Strong execution, coordination, and project-management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational ability.
Understanding of planning, processes, and operational metrics.
Good understanding of the Indian education ecosystem.
Strong proficiency with AI tools and productivity/automation platforms.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Exposure to product/technology is a strong plus.
