Operations Analyst – 2026 Graduate | Fresher
MatchToCollege is an AI-powered education technology platform helping students discover, compare and connect with colleges and universities.
We are looking for a 2026 Graduate – Operations Analyst to join our team and support day-to-day business and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain operational data and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day activities.
- Track tasks, leads and operational performance.
- Prepare reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Identify process gaps and support process improvements.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree completed in 2026.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Location: Pan India
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
