Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Verifications Analyst located in Noida. The Verifications Analyst will be responsible for :

• Conduct telephonic interactions with candidates for verification purposes
• Collect and validate required information and documents
• Perform system-based checks and update case status accurately
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and turnaround timelines
• Escalate discrepancies as per defined process guidelines

Qualifications

• 03 years of experience in BGV / KYC / Verification operations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and relevant software is an asset
• Familiarity with the background screening industry and process improvement methodologies is an advantage
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
