Objective
Ensuring timely execution of field operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze field operations situations and share requirements with the team.
- Email communication need to be maintained in a timely manner.
- Regular follow-up with vendors to maintain SLA
- Maintain accuracy for vendor assignment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operation issues.
- Analyze operation data to identify gaps and trends
- Ensure that the TAT (turn-around-team) of an assigned task is met. Network expansion
Requirements
- Past experience in dealing with field executives. Experience in using field assignment-related tools and systems.
- Good geographical knowledge of India.
- MS Excel and MS Word knowledge. Google Sheets/ Docs good to have.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, convincing power, and negotiating skills. Regional language proficiency is a plus.
