This role focuses on driving data-backed decision-making across operations. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for transforming raw operational data into structured insights, building scalable reporting systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, visibility, and performance. You will not just prepare reports - you are expected to question data, identify gaps, and influence business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards and reports (Power BI as primary tool)
- Automate recurring reports and workflows using Excel (VBA, Power Query)
- Extract, clean, transform, and model large datasets from multiple sources
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies in existing reporting systems
- Convert business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions
- Standardize and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly reporting frameworks
- Support cost optimization initiatives through data analysis and performance tracking
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis, hypothesis testing, and root cause analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports
What You'll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations / Data Analytics / Business Analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or BCA.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI

- Experience in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently

- Exposure to forecasting, supply chain, or operations analytics
- Experience in digitization or automation projects
