We're hiring for a backend, non-client-facing role focused on improving how we run hiring operations not by interviewing candidates, but by fixing the systems behind sourcing, screening, and feedback.
This is a rigorous, analytical role for someone who enjoys process work, finding inefficiencies, and making systems better.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze CVs, JDs, screener transcripts, and client feedback to identify mismatches and areas of improvement.
- Track actual interview questions and assess how well our screening prepared the candidate.
- Recommend changes to job descriptions, questionnaires, and screener processes.
- Audit lead inflow quality from job boards, vendors, and referrals.
- Maintain hiring trackers, log data accurately, and report key metrics.
- Run root cause analysis and suggest corrective and preventive actions.
Must-Have Skills- Analytical mindset with strong pattern recognition.
- High attention to detail when reviewing documents and feedback.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion.
- Comfort with repetitive, structured tasks without dropping quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple internal teams.
