At OnGrid, we are focused on redefining and reimagining trust, safety, compliance, and accountability through

our platforms – OnGrid, eLockr, and Gridlines. Having built these basic pillars of trust (and creating a

profitable venture with 400+ full-time team members), we are now exploring new avenues with bold execution.

Objective:

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst with proven experience in developing and

executing strategic financial plans aimed at expanding customer reach and strengthening market

presence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Review and audit cases according to a predefined checklist

● Call stakeholders to clarify ambiguous situations

● Make decisions on required actions based on report quality

● Escalate matters when necessary

Requirements:

● Strong attention to detail

● Diligent and ethical work approach

● Excellent communication and convincing skills

● Good typing speed

● Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work details:

● Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon

● Working Days: 5 Days Onsite

● Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fixed)

● Additional: Some Saturdays may be worked in a month, compensated with extra overtime pay
