We are supporting a leading client in the financial services sector in their search for a Cash Operations Processing Analyst to join their CB & IB Operations and Controls team in Singapore. This is a 1-year contract role (with extension possibility) based fully onsite.
The Role
You will execute time-critical cash operations including GIRO, Standing Orders, DDA/DCA, and Cash Counter Services. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing daily operations with high accuracy and adherence to established controls and escalation protocols
- Monitoring and resolving exceptions escalated from offshore governance support teams
- Maintaining and updating SOPs and procedures to reflect process or business changes
- Managing working relationships with Front Office, internal stakeholders, and external counterparties
- Ensuring all transactions are processed in line with SLAs, internal policies, and industry guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial services, with exposure to Cash and Payments operations
- Sound understanding of cash operations processes across APAC, including offshore operating models
- Strong technical and commercial grasp of end-to-end operational processes
- Proven ability to analyse issues, take ownership, and drive resolution
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
- Strong risk management mindset and control discipline
- Positive, collaborative team player
Fresh graduates from local universities (NUS, NTU, SMU) with strong academic backgrounds and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. Prior Risk & Control experience is a plus.
