We are building a next-generation hospitality venture that transforms New Delhi's street food ecosystem into a structured, scalable operation. This role sits at the intersection of on-ground food operations, logistics, and vendor management, bringing modern systems to a traditionally unorganised space.
This is a high-ownership, field-driven role for individuals who want to work directly in fast-paced, real-world environments and play a key part in scaling a growing venture.
The Role: Operations Lead (Field-Based)
As an Operations Lead, you will act as the on-ground operations manager for a network of street food vendors, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across multiple decentralised units.
This is a hands-on, field-intensive role, requiring active presence across locations.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management:
- Build, manage, and mentor a network of street food vendors; act as their primary operational point of contact.
- Inventory & Supply Coordination:
- Oversee stock flow, procurement coordination, and quality checks across all units.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain hygiene, food presentation, and service standards across vendor locations.
- Operational Oversight:
- Identify and resolve real-time issues in logistics, staffing, and daily workflows.
- Data & Reporting:
- Track sales performance, vendor output, and operational metrics to support scaling and decision-making.
