About Us

We are looking for an Operations Executive & Customer Support Executive who can manage operations smoothly while ensuring students receive quick, professional, and helpful support.

Role Overview

This role is a combination of operations management, student support, and coordination with the sales/BDA team. The candidate must be highly active, accountable, and capable of handling day-to-day operational tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, responsive, and genuinely care about student experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Support & Operations
  • Handle student onboarding and operational processes.
  • Provide quick resolution for student queries and support tickets.
  • Coordinate LMS access, offer letters, onboarding status, and class updates.
  • Ensure smooth communication between students and internal teams.
  • Maintain proper follow-up and support throughout the student journey.
  • Coordination with BDA/Sales Team
  • Support the BDA team with onboarding-related updates.
  • Coordinate regarding payments, confirmations, and student status.
  • Assist in maintaining smooth operational flow between departments.
  • Communication & Management
  • Stay active and responsive during working hours.
  • Monitor WhatsApp groups and provide support whenever required.
  • Handle internal coordination professionally.
  • Escalate important issues to management on time.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Responsible and accountable work ethic.
  • Student-first mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to multitask and manage pressure.
  • Good professionalism and response management.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and communication tools is preferred.

Salary

₹7,000 Fixed Salary per month

Working Hours

Official Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Candidates must remain available and active on WhatsApp till 10:00 PM for urgent student and employee support whenever required.
