Operations & Accounts Intern

Protega is looking for an Operations & Accounts Intern to join our Mumbai team. Mumbai-based candidates only. This is a hands-on role covering both business operations and accounts/finance.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations and customer claims
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and service partners
• Support vendor onboarding and documentation
• Maintain operational trackers and reports
• Issue invoices and maintain accounting records
• Assist with GST, payments, reconciliations and receivables/payables
• Support the team with day-to-day finance and operational requirements

What we're looking for

• Graduate / pursuing B.Com, BAF, BMS or a related course
• Basic knowledge of accounting and GST
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Proactive, organised and willing to learn
• 0–1 years of experience
