Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can manage both accounting and operational tracking across the company.

This is not a desk-only accounting role. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with production, inventory, dispatch, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and accurate tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting and entries in Tally
  • Track inventory, stock movement, and operational records
  • Reconcile physical stock with system records
  • Monitor production, dispatch, and procurement activities
  • Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and operational gaps
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Tally and Excel
  • Good understanding of inventory and operational accounting
  • Meticulous, organized, and hardworking
  • Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working on-ground and coordinating with teams
  • Ability to solve problems proactively and improve processes
