Spectral Consultants is currently hiring for an OT Security Manager for a leading business process management & outsourcing organization that delivers global cybersecurity and technology services.

Responsibilities
- Leads OT security strategy, architecture, and overall security posture across industrial control environments.
- Manages security design, configuration, monitoring, and access requirements for ICS, SCADA, PLC, and other OT systems across distributed manufacturing landscapes.
- Conducts comprehensive OT risk assessments, identifies vulnerabilities, and implements mitigation strategies aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks.
- Develops and maintains OT security policies, standards, incident response plans, and operating procedures.
- Designs and implements OT security controls including network segmentation, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, and SIEM integrations for OT environments.
- Coordinates incident response efforts for OT-related security events, performs investigations, and drives corrective and preventive actions.
- Works with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure secure configurations, change management, and continuous monitoring of OT assets.
- Mentors and leads OT security team members while supporting capability-building initiatives across operational teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 812 years of progressive experience in OT security within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on expertise with ICS, SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems.
- Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of OT security standards including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing OT security programs and teams.
