Operations Executive
The Operations Executive serves as the primary point of contact for ensuring a reliable fulfillment experience for sellers. This role involves coordinating with logistics, seller support, and internal teams to resolve daily pickup challenges, minimize delays, and enhance the overall ease of doing business on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Pickup Operations: Monitor daily seller pickups and troubleshoot on-the-ground operational issues to ensure smooth First Mile execution.
- Escalation Management: Track operational breaches and manage escalations regarding First Mile and seller-induced delays.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional communication among Logistics, Business, Fulfilment Operations, and Seller Support to resolve daily bottlenecks.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain daily operational trackers and regional scorecards using MS Excel to monitor network performance.
- Process Improvement: Analyze seller feedback and operational remarks to identify the root causes of process failures and recommend practical, structural improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Operational Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage live operational escalations and fast-paced supply chain challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: Functional knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic formulas) for updating daily trackers and managing reports.
- Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management abilities to effectively align diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Ecosystem Focus: A solid understanding of e-commerce seller operations and a commitment to improving the overall seller experience.
