Operational Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Operations / HR Generalist to join our team in Nariman Point, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end HR operations and be capable of independently managing HR processes while partnering with leadership and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations and Generalist activities.
• Handle employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
• Manage HR documentation, employee records and HR databases.
• Drive HR policies, processes and ensure compliance.
• Conducting Induction Session.
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) processes.
• Handle employee insurance and mediclaim policies, including coordination, renewals, claims and employee queries.
• Must have hands-on experience in managing BGV & Mediclaim insurance.
• Partner with employees and leadership on day-to-day HR matters.
• Handle employee engagement and employee relations activities.
• Support performance management and other HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Take ownership of HR processes and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
• Hands-on experience in BGV and employee insurance/mediclaim policies is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage HR responsibilities and work with leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Candidates with experience in a fast-paced corporate environment will be preferred.
